REQUIREMENTS
- Over 10 years of experience in residential HVAC service with relevant equipment.
- A proven track record of mentoring apprentice technicians into proficient service experts.
- Essential EPA certification (NATE certification is a plus).
- A valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
A DAY IN THE ROLE OF SENIOR HVAC SERVICE LEADER
As our Senior HVAC Service Leader, your day begins with diagnosing, servicing, and repairing various HVAC systems, ensuring excellence in every task. While performing your duties, you will also guide and mentor aspiring technicians, sharing your knowledge and helping them develop their skills.
