Global Incident Resolution Specialist

AWS Support is seeking a skilled technical professional to join our team as a Global Incident Resolution Specialist. This role is responsible for providing technical leadership and support for large-scale customer impacting incidents.
As a Global Incident Resolution Specialist, you will be part of a high-performing team that works together to resolve complex technical issues and provide exceptional customer experiences.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced technical professional who can lead the resolution of critical incidents and provide technical guidance to our internal teams.
This is a challenging role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the resolution of large-scale customer impacting incidents
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Develop and maintain technical knowledge and skills
- Provide exceptional customer experiences
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of technical support experience
- Experience with AWS services and/or other cloud offerings
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of distributed computing environments
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
