About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team in a hospital setting. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working closely with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide respiratory care to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilator management, and pulmonary rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Operate and maintain respiratory equipment, including ventilators and oxygen therapy devices.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, preferably in a cardiopulmonary specialty.
  • Valid license or certification in the state of practice, if applicable.
  • Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain a high level of professionalism during stressful situations.
  • Valid driver's license and background check.
