THE ROLE:

At Jushi, we are at the forefront of the rapidly expanding cannabis sector in the U.S. The Infused Product Technician plays a vital role in the production of cannabis-infused items, which encompasses formulation, blending, and manufacturing processes. This position is crucial in supporting our mission of exceptional customer service and brand enhancement through the embodiment of Jushi's core values.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Follow detailed instructions for the manufacturing processes to produce a diverse range of infused products.
  • Execute daily tasks within the formulation and filling department, including cleaning, weighing, blending, mixing, filling, and packaging.
  • Adhere to all relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring the safe and proper operation of machinery and equipment.
  • Ensure products comply with all safety, stability, and consumer interest standards.
  • Comply with Dietary Supplement GMPs.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete necessary production and tracking logs.
  • Keep the laboratory, glassware, and all processing equipment clean and well-maintained.
  • Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing equipment and laboratory instruments.
  • Adapt and implement new methods for operational and product enhancements, technical development, and new product innovation.
  • Oversee lab equipment maintenance and ensure all machinery is operational.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be at least 21 years old at the time of hire.
  • A minimum of a high school diploma is required.
  • A valid State driver's license or State ID card is necessary.
  • Experience in producing medical marijuana products is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Familiarity with standard lab equipment, mixing and filling machinery, vacuum ovens, hot plates, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Must comply with all legal and company regulations pertaining to the cannabis industry.
