Position Overview

GyanSys Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP CRM Functional Analyst to support our client in delivering effective solutions.

Contract Duration: 6 months

Location: Remote

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Demonstrate extensive knowledge in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) alongside CRM functionalities.
  2. Service Management: Manage Service Contracts, Service Requests, Service Orders, and Technical Master Data.
  3. Exhibit proficiency in Order Management utilizing Sales Variant Configuration.
  4. Handle Sales Order Bill of Materials (BOM) with variant configuration expertise.
  5. Oversee Equipment/Ibase creation using Sales VC models.
  6. Possess strong understanding of interface and middleware solutions connecting SAP ECC to CRM and other external systems.
  7. Knowledge of UI5 and CRM Fiori app development is advantageous.
  8. Lead project management initiatives, ensuring successful execution of larger projects.
  9. Communicate effectively with business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather requirements and document processes.
  10. Prepare Functional Specifications and Design Solution Documents, providing clear explanations to Technical Analysts.
