We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our Augusta hospital team. As an RT, you will be responsible for providing respiratory care to patients with complex medical conditions, evaluating patient needs, and developing effective treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient needs and recommend treatment plans that address their specific respiratory concerns.
- Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients with critical and complex medical conditions.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest respiratory care techniques and technologies.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess an Active CRT or RRT credential from the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) or state equivalent. You should also have a Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by start date and current state licensure. Agency RTs must have ACLS upon first shift, while PRN staff must have ACLS upon hire.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $69,200-$94,800 annually, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan with company match.
