Overview: Select Medical's Critical Illness Recovery Hospitals specialize in caring for patients with complex medical needs, requiring extended hospital stays. As a respiratory therapist, you will form a crucial part of the multidisciplinary team, responsible for delivering exceptional patient care experiences.

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients with chronic illnesses
- Provide comprehensive respiratory care services, including ventilator management and non-invasive ventilation support
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Requirements and Qualifications:
- Possess a valid CRT or RRT credential from the NBRC or state equivalent
- Obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification prior to the start date
- Maintain current state licensure
- Agency RT must have Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) upon first shift, PRN staff must have ACLS upon hire
