Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Inspector III or IV to join our team in the Erath County Area Office. As a key member of our inspection and oversight team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect construction methods and workmanship to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
  • Act as a consultant regarding work progress and problem resolution
  • Oversee inspection activities for large and complex projects
  • Train and mentor other inspectors
  • Perform material tests and manufacturing process inspections at fabrication sites
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in construction, construction inspection, engineering support, or related field
  • Valid driver's license
  • Safety Impact Certificate
Working Conditions

This position requires working in extreme temperatures, standing for prolonged periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds. You must be able to work weekends and holidays, and be available for emergency situations.
