Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families. This includes implementing a plan of care based on the patient's physical, psychological, and socioeconomic needs, as well as physician orders. The Clinical Nurse must understand the needs of the organization and support the mission, values, and management of patient care services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.

Requirements

  • 2 Years of Nursing Experience - Required or No Experience Required with Preferred Education.
  • Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing - Required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing - Preferred.
  • Registered Nurse Licensure - Required.

Work Schedule

We offer a variety of shifts, including 8- and 10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with no weekends required.
