Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Transaction Coordinator to oversee contracts throughout the entire real estate buying and selling process. This role is essential in ensuring that all transactions are handled smoothly from initiation to completion.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational abilities and outstanding customer service skills, ensuring clients feel supported and informed throughout their journey.

Compensation:

$42,000 - $52,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
  • Obtain seller consent for offers and counteroffers to facilitate timely transactions.
  • Review all documentation to ensure accuracy in signatures and dates, ensuring a seamless closing process.
  • Assist sales agents, clients, and other stakeholders with escrow-related documentation, including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans.
  • Coordinate moving schedules and participate in all meetings related to closing.
  • Ensure that inspections are arranged and aid in negotiating and completing necessary repairs.
Qualifications:
  • Experience or knowledge in the real estate sector, transaction coordination, titles, and mortgages is preferred.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills are a must.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; some college experience is a plus.
  • A real estate license is preferred or currently being pursued.
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service and enhancing the client experience.
