Position Overview:

The Stock Management Specialist is crucial in maintaining precise inventory levels and facilitating the achievement of operational objectives within our manufacturing facilities. This role encompasses the oversight of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products through systematic inventory checks and ensuring inventory precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess discrepancies in bills of materials related to production orders
  • Conduct inventory audits and confirm item locations and quantities
  • Review incoming shipments and assembly processes for correctness
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to modify inventory as necessary
  • Notify relevant departments of any shortages
  • Perform additional tasks as required

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • At least 1 year of experience in inventory management, ideally within a manufacturing context
  • Proficient in mathematics, analytical thinking, and effective communication
  • Familiarity with inventory management protocols and ERP software
