The Ideal Candidate
\
The Sales Coordinator will support the Client Success Team and work in our New York office. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and varied role perfect for someone with experience in sales support within the media/advertising world. The ideal candidate will have outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills, a drive to learn, and the ability to perform sales support responsibilities and thrive within a team environment. They must be able to build strong relationships with their Manager, Account Executives, and Account Managers they support.

Within the first month, you will onboard/train with one of the Client Success Sales Ambassadors, take a deep dive into learning Intersection's media and advertising offerings, and be exposed to all departments within the company and experience how they are part of the sales cycle.

Responsibilities
\
As a Sales Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include generating and processing contracts, proposals, and presentations, supporting Account Executives/Account Managers by managing all inventory requests, inventory holds, market avails, media plans/proposals, and gaining exposure and having daily communication with our Clients/Agencies. You will also handle invoicing requests/billing inquiries and own the pre-sale lifecycle of a contract: initial market research to contract creation and execution, to artwork/specification requests, track production process. Additionally, you will research and document competitive requests, develop a reputation for being a solid resource, and develop foundational knowledge of our business model and the various media products and assets.

Requirements
\
To be successful in this role, you will need a degree from an accredited institution and 1-2+ years of relevant work experience in a customer-facing customer success, account management or strategic consulting organization. You must be able to multi-task, enjoy collaborating with people to get work done, but know when to take ownership of a task, demonstrate a high level of accountability for both your work and the work of your team, have strong attention to detail, and spot and fix errors. A working knowledge of Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite is also required.\

The estimated salary for this position is $48,000 - $52,000.
