We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at CAMC Health System. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care: Utilize your clinical expertise to deliver exceptional patient care, managing complex patients with minimal assistance.
- Knowledge and Skills: Identify areas for personal growth and development, independently performing advanced skills and assisting others in their skill development.
- Professional Relationships/Leadership: Demonstrate leadership traits that contribute to positive patient outcomes through effective communication and collaboration.
- Quality Improvement/Research: Expand your understanding of research processes and apply them to nursing practice, driving continuous quality improvement.
- Patient Group Knowledge: Possess and demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide developmentally appropriate assessment, treatment, or care for patients.
- Common Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain accurate records, demonstrate positive customer service, and participate in continuous quality improvement activities.
- Education: Hold an Associate's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent) and have at least one year of RN experience.
- Credentials: Be a Registered Nurse with Basic Life Support certification.
This is a full-time, regular position with a night shift schedule. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
