Job Title: Registered Nurse

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Adoration Home Health and Hospice. Our Registered Nurses are a critical part of an exceptional care team and provide invaluable services to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Implement treatment and rehabilitative strategies outlined in patient care plans, including medication management, rehabilitation treatments, and coordination of medical needs.
  • Maintain thorough and timely documentation of care provided to ensure accurate patient records and billing.
  • Conduct assessments and approve plans of care and service delivery methods.
  • Follow consumer health plans, provide and promote consumer choice, and facilitate consumer independence.
  • Perform competency and skills evaluations on employees who provide direct care.
Qualifications:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of operation.
  • Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related health and human services field from an accredited college or university, or an Associate's Degree in nursing from an accredited two-year program.
