Pediatrician - Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatrician to join our team at Tiburcio Vasquez Health Center. As a Pediatrician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical care to our patients, particularly children and adolescents.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough health assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations, to diagnose and treat common acute and chronic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote optimal health and well-being for patients.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families on healthy habits, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research, technologies, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Board certification in pediatrics or a related field.
- Current medical license to practice in the State of California.
- Experience working in a community health setting, preferably with a focus on pediatric care.
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages spoken by our patient population.
- Experience with electronic health records and other medical software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
