Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to provide medical services to patients in a correctional setting. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar environment and be able to work effectively in a team-based setting.
Responsibilities:- Provide primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, sick visits, and chronic disease management
- Conduct physical exams, take medical histories, and order diagnostic tests as needed
- Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with various medical conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Document patient interactions and medical information in a timely and accurate manner
- MD or DO degree or be certified by ECFMG
- Active New Jersey Medical License
- Current DEA registration
- Board certification or eligible in Family, Internal, or Emergency Medicine
- Active BLS certification
- US Citizen
