Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Hospitality Associate to join our team. As a key member of our patient services team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for our patients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and visitors
  • Ensure all stations are ready for operations, including accuracy, speed, and a sense of urgency
  • Restock and maintain cleanliness of respective areas, adhering to a clean-as-you-go policy
  • Assist patients with opening items and ensure condiment boxes are restocked
  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including starter stations, air-curtain refrigerators, and host/hostess carts
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and provide excellent patient care
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of customer service/hospitality experience preferred
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Knowledge of diets helpful
