About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy Member Support Analyst to join our team in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will provide Tier 1 technical support to a base of accounts, assisting members with incident resolution and handling service requests across various system and web applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support for member incidents and requests, focusing on system/web application issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and hospital representatives to resolve issues and answer general inquiries.
  • Act as a liaison, building strong relationships with both members and vendors.
  • Log and track all service requests, ensuring incidents are resolved within expected timeframes.
  • Educate and train members on system usage, addressing their concerns and inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of contracts, system applications, and policies to better support members.
  • Follow up on unresolved incidents and requests, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Strong customer service skills, including professional phone etiquette and excellent communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new applications quickly.
  • Basic data analytics skills and ability to manage multiple applications for task completion.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
