Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team in providing speech therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing and outpatient rehab environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate residents' speech and language skills
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide speech therapy services, including evaluations, planning, and actual treatments
- Discharge planning and other related duties as required
Requirements:
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology
- Active Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license or eligibility for license in the state(s) where services are rendered
- Experience in a skilled nursing and/or outpatient rehab environment is preferred
