Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team at Johnstone Supply, a leading provider of HVAC wholesale solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, consumer-oriented environment that focuses on relationship building and sales. You will interact with customers in-person and over the phone, manage inventory levels, prepare orders for delivery, and source products from a variety of vendors.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of the HVAC industry, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with customers through regular communication and follow-up
- IDentify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
- Manage inventory levels and prepare orders for delivery
- Soure products from a variety of vendors to meet customer needs
- Work effectively in a team environment to achieve sales goals
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in the HVAC industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) matching program.
