Sales and Customer Service Position

Accu-Tech is seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for interacting with existing customers to increase sales of our products and services. You will work closely with our outside sales team to ensure goals are being met and collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interact with existing customers to increase sales of our products and services.
  • Collaborate with outside sales representatives to ensure goals are being met and opportunities for growth are identified.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand business.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Work closely with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to drive efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • A high school degree or equivalent is required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Requires knowledge and experience in sales and sales administration, still acquiring higher-level knowledge and skills but fully competent and productive professional contributor (2-4 years).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to perform basic computer skills.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Working in a team environment.
  • Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to prospect and market concepts to existing and potentially new accounts.
  • Taking action and solving a range of problems that may be difficult but not typically complex.
  • Identifying and defining problems and possible solutions independently, choosing among existing solutions.
  • Ability to work independently with general supervision.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
