Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Expo Food Runner to join our team at Brigantine Restaurants. As an Expo Food Runner, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dining room by expediting food, maintaining presentation quality, and providing exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expedite food to ensure timely delivery to guests
  • Maintain high standards of presentation quality
  • Provide exceptional guest service, including clearing plates, cleaning, and stocking
  • Assist servers in providing excellent guest service
  • Anticipate guests' and coworkers' needs and exceed guest service expectations
  • Protect the establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies
  • Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Respond urgently and appropriately to guests' and coworkers' needs
  • Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms
  • Ensure guests are enjoying their experience and take action to correct any problems
  • Complete assigned sidework at the beginning, during, and at end of shift
Requirements
  • Friendly, energetic, and detail-oriented team player
  • Restaurant experience
  • Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
  • Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods of time
  • Ability to carry trays and supplies (up to 50 lbs.)
  • Food Handler Certification
