Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cycle time analysis to identify and implement throughput enhancement initiatives.
  • Assist in capital and tooling evaluations, strategic planning, justifications, and acquisitions.
  • Develop capacity planning and strategies for manufacturing operations.
  • Review assembly processes, component designs, and relevant details to confirm manufacturing feasibility.
  • Lead the design, development, and/or enhancement of manufacturing processes for optimized throughput.
  • Engage in the discovery and execution of capital equipment projects.
  • Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers across all production sites.
  • Explore new technologies to meet manufacturing process requirements.
  • Plan capacity resources effectively.
  • Oversee tooling and equipment development, qualifications, and implementations.
  • Support New Product Introductions (NPIs) and Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DFMA).
  • Design plant layouts, material flows, and infrastructure requirements.
  • Provide technical assistance for specific plant operations.
  • Ensure that manufacturing teams have precise and comprehensive information on specifications to produce components.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering is required.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Manufacturing or Engineering setting is essential.
  • Strong leadership capabilities in a collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated Project Management experience.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Robust analytical abilities.
  • Experience with DFMA processes and supporting NPIs.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD LT.
