EHS Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Coordinator to join our team at Hunter Engineering Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a culture of safety and compliance throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement safety plans and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on safety procedures and protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Manage and maintain safety documentation and records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in safety management or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in EHS or a related field.
• Advanced safety and compliance concepts, safety hazard identification, root cause analysis, and advanced OSHA standard interpretation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
