We are currently seeking a highly skilled Lead Pediatric Physician to help establish a premier primary care institute in South Florida. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive private practice environment, characterized by a vibrant and modern workplace alongside exceptional colleagues. You will also have the chance to engage in social impact initiatives and educational outreach to disseminate health innovations to a wider audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a team of pediatricians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and care coordinators to develop a comprehensive primary care practice.
  • Provide care in a state-of-the-art clinic equipped with on-site laboratory and imaging services, as well as through home visits and telemedicine.
  • Establish a network of trusted subspecialists to enhance pediatric care.
  • Collaborate with emergency medicine professionals to ensure 24/7 response to urgent pediatric needs.
  • Foster strong, meaningful relationships with families.
  • Dedicate time to continuous learning, research, and enhancement of clinical practices.
  • Utilize extensive support from care coordinators, pharmacists, and technology to enhance patient care.
  • Incorporate in-office lifestyle services, including health and wellness coaching, nutrition counseling, and exercise physiology for patients and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Board Certification in Pediatrics is required.
  • Must hold a valid Florida medical license or be eligible for licensure.
  • A minimum of six years of clinical experience is required.
  • Demonstrated compassion and excellent interpersonal skills with families and colleagues.
  • Availability for full-time commitment and on-call coverage as necessary.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training and collaboration.
