Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced fitness professional to lead our Active Older Adult Group Exercise program.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with seniors and a strong background in group fitness instruction.

Responsibilities will include leading engaging and safe exercise classes, modifying exercises to meet the needs of participants, and promoting a positive and healthy lifestyle.

Available shifts are Monday to Friday, 12pm-4pm, with potential coverage from 8am-12pm.

Compensation will be based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead group exercise classes for active older adults
  • Modify exercises to meet the needs of participants
  • Promote a positive and healthy lifestyle
  • Work collaboratively with the Berwick Area YMCA team

Requirements:

  • Experience in group fitness instruction
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with seniors and adapt to their needs
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday, 12pm-4pm
