Position Overview: We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Chef de Cuisine to spearhead our kitchen operations. This role is pivotal in shaping our menu and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement a creative and diverse menu that showcases our unique blend of pub classics and French influences.
  • Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including inventory oversight, procurement, and adherence to food safety regulations.
  • Guide, mentor, and develop kitchen personnel to cultivate a cooperative and high-achieving team atmosphere.
  • Work closely with management to curate seasonal menus and distinctive dining experiences.
  • Implement cost control strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining exceptional culinary standards.
  • Ensure uniformity in flavor, presentation, and quality across all dishes served.
  • Stay abreast of culinary trends and techniques to continuously enhance our offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Chef in a premium dining establishment.
  • In-depth knowledge of French culinary techniques and cuisine.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication abilities.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic kitchen environment.
  • Innovative mindset with a strong passion for culinary creativity.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
