Your Role:
As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the excellence of our products and services. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing comprehensive Test Strategies, Plans, and Execution Artifacts in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Building a profound understanding of the products and technological assets to guarantee optimal test coverage.
  • Leading a team of test managers to foster high performance, consistency in approaches, and efficient execution across various initiatives.
  • Collaborating with application architects and environment operations to design robust test infrastructures.
  • Working alongside software, infrastructure, and QA engineers to achieve target code quality.
  • Partnering with Product Owners and Release Train Engineers to review test scenarios, validate results, and maintain thorough documentation.
  • Designing quality metrics for collection, analysis, and reporting to management, identifying patterns and opportunities for innovation and improvement.
  • Providing guidance to engineering teams to enhance automation and testing practices within a Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration (CD/CI) framework.
  • Identifying opportunities to implement innovative testing technologies and methodologies.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Over 5 years of proven experience in quality and test engineering, particularly within the Financial sector, with a focus on the Credit Card Domain.
  • Solid expertise in test-driven development, unit testing, functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing, GUI testing, web service testing, and browser compatibility testing.
  • Familiarity with platform delivery methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
  • Proficient in tools like HP Quality Center, Selenium, Unified Functional Test (UFT), and orchestration tools such as XL Release.
  • Ability to utilize Quality scanning tools to establish and measure ongoing quality metrics, presenting data through dashboards to drive necessary changes.
  • Experience with automation testing and debugging using tools like Selenium, POSTMAN, SOAP UI, and REST.
  • Knowledge of continuous integration (CI), continuous deployment (CD), and continuous testing (CT) capabilities, including tools such as Jenkins and version control systems like GIT.
  • Strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
