About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Caregiver to join our team at Essex Meadows. As a Quality of Life Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and vital sign checks.
  • Assist residents with mealtime, including cutting food and encouraging them to eat.
  • Document shift assignments and report any issues to the nursing supervisor.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and department heads as needed.
  • Plan and implement activities to enhance the quality of life for our residents.
  • Respond promptly to call lights and emergencies.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience working as a CNA, PCA, HHA, or Caregiver preferred.
