Vi Living is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Assisted Living Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our assisted living community, ensuring the highest level of care and service for our residents.
Responsibilities:- Clinical Leadership: Manage the clinical aspects of care, including developing and implementing care plans, conducting resident assessments, and coordinating with healthcare providers.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train caregivers, med techs, and LPNs to ensure they are providing high-quality care and services.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assessment and performance improvement activities to ensure our community meets the highest standards of care and service.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Education: Graduation from an accredited school of nursing for Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working with geriatric populations, with prior supervisory experience required.
- Licensure/Certification: Current licensure as a LPN/LVN and Assisted Living Manager in the state where practicing is required.
We offer a competitive salary range of $67,505.85 - $84,370.50 per year, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
