We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant Manager to join our team at Hendrick Automotive Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the car lot is clean and organized, and that our vehicles are properly maintained and presented to customers.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a clean and organized car lot, including moving and delivering vehicles as needed.
- Clean and refurbish vehicles to ensure they are in excellent condition for customers.
- Perform various tasks and errands for the dealership, including running errands and assisting with administrative duties.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Meet or exceed company standards for customer satisfaction (CSI).
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous work experience in a related field, such as automotive or customer service, is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and team members.
This position requires regular and predictable attendance, with scheduled shifts that may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, with frequent movement around the dealership facilities and the outdoor car lot.
