We are seeking an experienced Grill Cook to join our team at CAVA - State College & Chapman. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing mouthwatering food that meets our high standards of quality and taste.

• Food Preparation: Prepare top-quality meals in accordance with recipes and procedures.
• Team Leadership: Lead by example and motivate your colleagues to achieve exceptional results.
• Customer Service: Ensure that every guest has a positive experience by providing excellent service and attention to detail.

• Cooking Experience: At least 1 year of experience as a cook or grill cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Safety and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment by adhering to all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
