Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Provide overall program oversight, ensuring compliance with project goals, timelines, and budget.
  • COR Support: Nominate and support the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), ensuring they are fully trained before assuming any duties.
  • Performance Assessment: Collaborate with the COR to assess program performance and provide necessary feedback.
  • Schedule Management: Implement schedule management, quality assurance, and cost management to ensure project success.
  • Communication: Maintain communication with government officials to relay guidance and technical feedback, without making contractual changes.
  • Integration and Training: Oversee the integration of project components and lead training initiatives for effective implementation.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Program Management, with a focus on projects requiring integration and training.
  • Expertise: Proven expertise in schedule management, quality assurance, and cost management.
  • Certification: Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Compensation: This position is in the proposal stage, we are waiting to be awarded the project.
