  • Schedule Management: Implement schedule management, quality assurance, and cost management to ensure project success.
  • Communication: Maintain communication with government officials to relay guidance and technical feedback, without making contractual changes.
  • Integration and Training: Oversee the integration of project components and lead training initiatives for effective implementation.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Program Management, with a focus on projects requiring integration and training.
  • Expertise: Proven expertise in schedule management, quality assurance, and cost management.
  • Certification: Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Compensation: This position is in the proposal stage, we are waiting to be awarded the project. The final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant's background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographical market data.
