About the Role:
We are in search of a dedicated Lead Law Enforcement Support Specialist to partner with Government Immigration professionals and oversee a team of Data Entry Operators.

Location:
This position is based onsite at a government facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guide individuals in completing necessary forms and check-in protocols.
  • Prepare essential administrative documentation.
  • Coordinate logistics for transportation.
  • Input data into government-managed computer systems.
  • Assist in preparing files and uploading completed documents into case management systems.
  • Serve as a witness for law enforcement administrative tasks.
  • Transport files, supplies, and property between government locations.
  • Operate a motor vehicle as required.
  • Review documentation from case files.
  • Engage with the public through various communication channels.
  • Conduct data entry tasks efficiently.

Supervisory Duties:

  • Monitor and evaluate team productivity.
  • Act as the communication bridge between the government client and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with timekeeping and recordkeeping protocols.
  • Provide coaching and constructive feedback to team members.
  • Organize team workflow and responsibilities.
  • Conduct training sessions for team members.
  • Prepare and submit necessary reports.
  • Address and resolve feedback or complaints from the public.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Residency requirement: 3 consecutive years within the last 5 years.
  • Ability to meet all security eligibility criteria and obtain a suitability clearance.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • High School Diploma is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional environment.

Possess strong computer skills and demonstrate proven experience in operating technology and quickly adapting to new software applications for data entry tasks.

Candidates must successfully complete a data entry assessment, achieving a typing speed of at least 150 characters per minute with a minimum accuracy rate of 95%.

Professional Skills:

  • Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred but not required.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to manage conflicts positively.
  • Acceptance and appreciation of diversity.
  • Ability to provide guidance and instruction professionally, especially in situations with language barriers.
