- Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Stay current with relevant medical research, technology, and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from an accredited program.
- Current state RN license and NP certification (AANP or ANCC).
- 2+ years of experience in primary care, home-based medical care, geriatrics, or palliative care.
- Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPC codes, as well as clinical standards of care.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
