As the Plant Quality Manager, reporting to the Quality Manager III-Plant, you will oversee the establishment and management of the quality testing and reporting framework at our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining the quality testing and reporting framework.
Overseeing specifications, testing methodologies, and procedural instructions.
Conducting line validations in response to significant changes or the introduction of new products.
Ensuring the integrity of quality records.
Guiding the Quality Control team in achieving and sustaining plant quality standards.
This role is based at our plant location.
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, ideally in sciences or engineering (or equivalent experience).
3-5 years of experience in a Quality Manager role.
Prior experience in developing and managing a quality testing and reporting framework.
Compensation:
Quality Manager
- Plant: The annual base salary range for this position is between $80,320 and $90,360.
- Quality Manager II: The annual base salary range for this position is between $95,200 and $107,000.
