Senior Sales Director

A dynamic and rapidly growing tech rental company, BHIRED, is seeking an experienced and driven Head of Sales to lead their current inbound sales team and drive revenue growth.
The Head of Sales will oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, monitor and analyze sales performance, and adjust strategies as needed. This role is essential in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
The ideal candidate will possess skills for both inbound and outbound sales, have a strong understanding of sales principles, methodologies, and best practices, and be an exceptional leader and team manager.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
- Identify market opportunities and define sales strategies to capture new business.
- Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to maximize their potential and performance.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback.
- Foster a positive and high-performance sales culture.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through excellent service and support.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the executive team.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize sales performance.
- Proven experience as a Head/Director of Sales or in a similar senior sales role.
- Possess skills for both inbound and outbound sales.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
