Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by warmly greeting clients, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, addressing concerns, ensuring client confidentiality, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic atmosphere for everyone in our location.
  • Promote the benefits of total body care by educating clients on new and expanded services, recommending the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking future appointments, and encouraging retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
  • Drive member retention through proactive outreach via phone and email.
  • Embody the Massage Envy core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency, and empathy.
  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and fostering strong relationships with colleagues.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative or in an administrative role.
  • One year or more of experience handling incoming calls from clients regarding services.
  • Minimum of two years of sales experience.
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Flexible availability.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
