Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Executive to join our team at Hylant. As a key member of our Life Sciences sales team, you will play a critical role in expanding and strengthening our presence in the Indy market.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a self-directed team player with a proven track record in sales and a passion for competition. You will be responsible for understanding and adopting Hylant's sales tools and processes, developing a network of contacts, and executing on sales production goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key contacts and decision-makers
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Life Sciences industry
  • Assist in identifying cross-sell and account rounding opportunities
  • Participate in social, networking, charitable, or other organizations to advance the Hylant brand
Requirements
  • 5-7 years' experience in the Life Sciences insurance space
  • Technical competence in commercial lines of coverage or a strong financial background
  • Self-directed team player with a passion for sales and prospecting
  • Disciplined, organized, and efficient with a solutions-focused approach
  • Intelligent and quick learner with a strong work ethic
  • Acts consistently with Hylant's Core Values
