Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at Soliant. As an SLPA, you will work closely with our Speech-Language Pathologists to provide high-quality services to students with speech and language-related disorders.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Speech-Language Pathologists to evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) for students with speech and language-related disorders.
  • Assure the placement of students in the Speech-Language Pathologist program and support SLP objectives on IEPs.
  • Schedule students appropriately and provide consultative services to teachers, parents, admins, and allied agencies to integrate educational goals into the classroom, other educational programs, and the home environment.
  • Other duties may be assigned by administration or the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
Qualifications:
  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited institution.
  • Must have a State of Arizona Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) Licensure.
Work Environment:

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday. The work location is in-person/On-Site, open to remote work arrangements. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment that values the contributions of our team members.
