Your Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Enablement: Develop and implement sales strategies to support revenue growth, refresh and maintain sales playbooks, design and deliver regular training programs, collaborate with sales leadership to implement best-in-class onboarding processes.">
  • Sales Operations: Oversee the implementation and integration of revenue software tools, manage the creation and delivery of ad hoc reports and analytics, continuously monitor sales metrics and processes, perform analytics on current data, update/maintain key dashboards.">
  • Revenue Optimization: Support strategic initiatives to align sales enablement and operations efforts with broader revenue goals, develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, assist with forecasting, pipeline management, and other revenue-related analytics.">

About You

">

We are looking for a highly skilled and driven individual with 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a related role. You should have a deep understanding of Salesforce (SFDC) and its use in sales workflows and reporting, proficiency with revenue software tools, proven experience developing training materials, playbooks, and onboarding programs, strong analytical skills, excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Compensation

Salary: $100,000 per year + bonus.
