As the first point of contact with our customers, you will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling, and customer service. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that leave a positive impression.
  • Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in-person, to ensure the customer is not mishandled.
  • Ensure the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
