About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at Betten Baker Group in Alma. As a Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers in the service lane, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the flow of the Drive Lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments that leave a positive impression.
  • Provide concierge support for owner inquiries, ensuring customers are not mishandled.
  • Ensure daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
  • Distribute work between technicians efficiently.
