Overview: We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that drive business growth and excellence.

Salary: $100,000 annually, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding processes.
  • Manage leave processes and benefits-related requests.
  • Cultivate an inclusive, motivating work culture.
  • Implement diversity, equity, inclusion, and well-being initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
  • Mitigate risks and safeguard organizational integrity.
  • Design and manage performance review processes.
  • Resolve escalated employee relations issues.
  • Identify critical HR and talent management metrics.
  • Measure organizational performance and competitive standing.
  • Research and implement an equitable compensation strategy.
  • Coach managers on leadership and employee engagement.
  • Manage HRIS and vendor relationships.
  • Administer the organization's 403(b) retirement and savings plan.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • SHRM-CP certification preferred.
  • Strong foundation in HR laws and compliance.
