Job Summary

The Customer Service Representative position at VELUX is a key role in representing the company's values and products to customers through various communication channels. Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Order Management: Process sales orders and manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and other electronic mediums.
  • One Call Resolution: Resolve customer issues and concerns in a single call, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Application and Specification Consultation: Provide expert advice on VELUX products, including specifications and applications, to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Problem/Complaint Investigation and Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a prompt and courteous manner.
Secondary Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Assist in training and developing fellow team members to ensure consistent high-quality service.
  • Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating various projects and programs within the company, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Support: Provide basic technical support to customers and internal stakeholders, escalating complex issues to senior team members as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: A minimum of an Associate's Degree is required.
  • Experience: Previous call-center customer service experience is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Good time-management and task prioritization abilities. Product and industry knowledge is beneficial.
  • Software Proficiency: Working knowledge of computers, including SAP and Microsoft Office.
