Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT professional to join our team at Revive Staffing Solutions Inc. as an Information System Engineer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, analyze, evaluate, test, debug, install, maintain, and implement applications, packaged programs, and hardware components supporting company business processes and operations.
  • Evaluate, analyze, install, acquire, modify, design, test, and support operating systems, database, utilities software, packaged software, infrastructure hardware products, IoT devices, and integrations with enterprise-wide systems.
  • Plan, conduct, and direct the analysis of business problems to be solved with customer software, packaged software, and hardware products.
  • Contribute to the development, testing, evaluation, or design of system or infrastructure used throughout the IT solution set.
  • Execute computer and network device 'break/fix' solutions and simple-to-complex installation, additions, or changes of requirements for peripherals and device drivers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in various fields of IT, from service desk technician, desktop and hardware support, application support, business analysis, system analysis, server administration, database administration, networking, and data analytics.
  • Strong experience in effectively supporting systems in a fast-paced, demanding manufacturing environment.
  • Exceptional customer service skills to engage and empathize with customers in the support and resolution of technical issues and requests through completion.
  • Ability to gather data from production systems, create data models, and establish decision-making dashboards and reporting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CompTIA (or similar) Certification, Microsoft Certification, Network Certification, and/or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Server and Desktop technologies, VMware, Hyper-V Virtualization technologies, and Cloud Services (Azure, AWS).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, Visio).
