Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and enhance the operational workflows established by the management team.
- Collaborate with clinical teams and data analytics to assess and implement Quality Measures.
- Address and resolve operational, technological, and staffing challenges effectively.
- Manage relationships with external partners, including call centers and IT support.
- Identify and document patient-related issues while adhering to compliance guidelines.
- Assist in identifying operational challenges and proposing effective solutions.
- Prepare agendas for management meetings and facilitate discussions.
- Work with team leaders to outline workflows and ensure comprehensive training for staff.
- Create documentation to suggest improvements for site operations.
- Communicate schedule changes and service updates to the team.
- Support recruitment efforts by drafting job descriptions and assisting in candidate screening.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new employees.
- Resolve patient-related challenges on-site.
- Manage the company’s online presence and community engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training and performance management for external call center staff.
- Organize promotional materials and staff incentives.
- Plan community engagement events to enhance outreach.
- Supervise remote teams, ensuring productivity and staffing needs are met.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to address facility requirements.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in Clinical Operations.
- Ability to interpret compliance information and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Proficient in basic mathematical concepts applicable to practical situations.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Capable of managing challenging client situations and responding to needs promptly.
- Ability to remain stationary for part of the workday while also being active within the office.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $65,000 - $95,000 annually.
- This is a full-time position.
