We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk, managing a team of front desk agents, and working closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and room assignments
- Supervise and train a team of front desk agents to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
- Work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Manage human resources functions, including recruiting, selection, orientation, training, coaching, performance reviews, and recognition programs
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, such as guest satisfaction and revenue growth
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in hotel front desk management or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
- Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office
