Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and room assignments
  • Supervise and train a team of front desk agents to ensure excellent customer service and efficient operations
  • Work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping and food and beverage, to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Manage human resources functions, including recruiting, selection, orientation, training, coaching, performance reviews, and recognition programs
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, such as guest satisfaction and revenue growth

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in hotel front desk management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and management skills

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Proficient in hotel management software and Microsoft Office
