Key Responsibilities:
Lead Project Implementation:
Manage the deployment of Oracle Health Hosting solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams to guarantee successful outcomes.

Project Planning and Oversight:
Direct timelines, oversee budgets, and ensure that projects are finalized punctually and within financial limits.

Technical Guidance:
Assign and mentor systems analysis and programming personnel, providing technical assistance and direction.

Foster Innovation:
Promote the introduction of new products, services, and methodologies, often operating at the forefront of technology. Advocate for substantial modifications to existing offerings and processes to encourage ongoing enhancement.

Guarantee Operational Excellence:

Qualifications:
8+ years of relevant experience in technical project leadership, product development, or similar areas.

Educational Qualifications:

Technical Acumen:
Strong familiarity with Oracle Health solutions or comparable technologies.

Collaborative Skills:
Ability to engage with cross-functional teams to create and uphold strategic roadmaps, setting clear expectations and ensuring high operational standards.

Strategic Insight:
Proven capability to think broadly and strategically, coupled with excellent written communication skills.

Leadership Attributes:
Sound judgment, maturity, negotiation/influence capabilities, and analytical skills are essential. Comfort with handling large data sets is critical.
