We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our close-knit NICU unit at Texas Health Plano.
About the Role:
As a NICU Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to newborns in the NICU, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and families on NICU procedures, treatments, and care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and unit efficiency.
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Texas.
- BSN degree from an accredited nursing program.
- 1+ year of NICU experience as a Registered Nurse.
